Product description
     CNTs, with high thermal conductivity and high radiation coefficient, is the ideal functional filler in thermal radiation coating.

    In order to improve heat dissipation performance of metal surface and show high thermal conductivity,strong radiation ability and excellent mechanical properties of carbon nanotubes, we develop a kind of  environmental coating-CNTs thermal radiation water-based coating.

      Electronic components produce too much heat。 In order to dissipate heat quickly, we usually use metal heat sink。 But because of the low thermal radiation coefficient of metal surface, the heat gathered on the surface of the metal is difficult to send out in the absence of convection heat transfer。 Recently, improving the heat radiation performance of metallic materials by coating technology is an important way to increase heat dissipation efficiency。 With the rapid development of the electronic industry today , heat radiation coating is widely concerned。
     CNTs, known as the worlds most black material, is one dimensional nano material with a large specific surface area and one of the best heat conducting materials known in the world. Its radiation coefficient is close to 1.
     Compared with other heat dissipation fillers, fibrous CNTs can form a thermal network and has obvious effect on strengthening and toughening for coating. When the coating is thin, such as 5-10 microns, it can form an uniform and smooth film with excellent mechanical properties. 
     CNTs heat radiation coating has remarkable characteristics, including strong radiation capability, thin coating and low thermal resistance。 It can stimulate resonance effect of the surface of the metal radiator, improve the efficiency of the far infrared emission significantly and accelerate the rapid dissemination of the heat from the heat sink surface。 It is also suitable for heat dissipation of film, metal substrate, LED lamp base and electrical enclosure。
     With different requirements for place of heat radiation coating, you can choose aqueous film forming materials with different properties. Waterborne polyurethane resin coating is easy to be used and it has better flexibility. Waterborne amino acrylic resin has higher hardness and better corrosion resistance.
